Our Aim

Our services are designed to support individuals who have specific support needs in the community. This includes:

• Support for people who are leaving hospital and would value some support to enable their effective recovery. 
• For people who wish to remain at home, support can be provide to retain their independence in their own homes 
• To provide support to care homes as extended support or Intervention for clients with complex needs. 
• We provide companionship to assist with reducing feelings of isolation or loneliness through social and physical activities, keeping our clients well stimulated and healthy.
• We provide personal care in a way that values individual need at all times.
• We design a care package that is person centred
