About us
Community Outreach started over a decade ago to do specific work for disadvantaged people in the community. During this time, there was a recognised need to offering a service which would enable people to gain or regain their independence in the community.
Community Outreach was established via principles governed by care and supporting others and these principle led to those who are unable to leave their homes or care homes either through age, illness, or disability, in an attempt at reducing their loneliness and isolation, whilst assisting them to remain independent and enhancing their quality of life.
In the furtherance of these principles Community Outreach developed a care and support method that works equally or individually where this is warranted encompassing an approach that can manage varying care or support needs
Community Outreach has a heavy presence in the Community our outreach approach is about meeting the person where they are at by reaching into the community to support those who are considered hard to reach.
What is integral to Community Outreach is our ability to be person centred, this simply means putting the person at the heart of what we do, which underpins our principle of care and support.
