Support Worker Role

We are looking for people who have a naturally caring nature, supports independent living, professional,   organised and flexible as the role warrants travel across Yorkshire and surrounding areas

This role is working with people in the community and in their own homes offering a range of  care and support. we are keen to see the right people working with us and if you want to help us, help others  contact us for more information 

Tasks can include the following based on the users need 

  • Personal care 
  • Shopping 
  • Cleaning 
  • assisting or organising appointments or trips 
  • Developing support plans 
  • Emotional support 
  • Intellectual support 
  • Social support and development 
  • Physical support 

Being person centred, risk aware, fun, having clear and concise record keeping, willingness to train are key elements to this role.

Administration Role

Are you organised? enjoy working  in an environment that can be busy at times? Do you have the ability to manage competing demands? If that’s you we would welcome your application  

Task include things like:

  • Emailing, invoicing, creating documents, 
  • sending information,
  • organising some finances.
  • Reception work - answering calls 
  • organising the rota and diaries 
  • welcoming 

You need to be an all rounder and a dab hand at keeping the office and operational team organised 

 

Project Coordinator 

This role requires someone with exceptional entrepreneurship, having the ability to see the immediate position and the bigger picture. we require someone with the resilience to work independently and as part of a team. 

Having a good understanding of CQC expectations and standards and the key ways to implement these standards are a must as you will hold the register managers status 

We are looking for someone who has a positive outlook, a strong ability to problem solve and is solution focused. If that’s you we would welcome your application    

Volunteers

 

Volunteers are gratefully appreciated for simply giving the value of their time. Why not join us as a volunteer sharing your skills experience and knowledge to supplement the work of our support workers
